I think the threaded plugs you are referring to are the actual jets. There is a tiny hole in them. They are probably plugged. They can be cleaned by heating them and dipping them in water. The steam generated will blow out the debris.

Now, why didn't our friends at Studebaker just slap a grease zerk or two on there?
The common WWII Weasel video answers that question, and also why they would make a boat out of a spot welded sheet metal vehicle. The video shows the army’s requirements for the weasel. It was only required to last 1000 miles.

I agree with just repairing where the doos are. If you send me measurements for the sections you need cut out, I could do that.

I have 2 intact left sides for the M29C. The bottom edges will probably need some work as they are rusty. Maybe someone can tell us how if it will fit a T24?

I got all those parts from Dave Yamula a few months ago. http://www.militaryvehiclesupply.net/

Ive been following his thread from the beginning. Pretty incredible. He found a magazine for the gun of this tank at a show and decided to build an almost exact replica of the tank around it.

No. Were not going to change them now. Thanks.

Not having any information on the tiller ends of the cables (until now), we ran the cable through the tiller, resulting in one cable.

We can offer you $2,000 for what you have there.

My wife bought me a handy dandy snake camera so I could take that picture.

The guy didnt show up. He left me a message saying he lost my address. I called him and his voicemail was full. I sent him a message to reschedule and haven’t heard from him. I need someone more on the ball than that. It’s a big investment. And I’m relying heavily on them to get it right.

Did you modify the bottom rear of the front float tank to make the extension removable or did it come that way?

Is there a need for track aprons? It doesn’t seem like there are many who are building a floater. We just made two sets of aprons. We have the original factory blueprints thanks to OZM29C. They are very labor intensive as they are ridiculously complicated.

Mostly original parts from a 1930s South American contract. Most numbers match. Cradle and can holder are original. Pedestal is perfect, may or may not be original. Socket looks original. Comes with A6 buttstock, bipod, flash hider. Those 3 items are Izzy. BNC connector for electric. Small gas connectors. Coil, valves, board are inside gun. $2100. Jesse.

The original piping was vinyl coated canvas with a 3/8” rubber or rope bead. The sheet metal clamping plate was held in place by wide, flat head sheet metal screws. The picture is mine with a rope bead.
