rml1708
The battery in my weasel appears to have died. So while I need to replace the battery I would like to ask a few questions so that I can replace the existing battery with whatever was correct for my weasel. I did look in the manual and SNL but can not find any decent pictures of the batteries nor the area that they go into. First off I assume that I should have the dual 6 volt batteries in series. I would also like to find or make any of the missing parts on my machine. My Machine is ORD 3417, Tub M-29-3165. Any help would be greatly appreciated. OZM29C
@rml1708 I always found this photo to be a great reference. It was taken after a buried Weasel was dug up in Holland years ago. Like a time capsule.
Patrick Tipton
Greetings Robert: John - that is an interesting picture! Your Weasel shipped with two 6 volt batteries made by Willard. The number is in the ORD 9...(don't have it handy). From John's picture, you can see that the mounts are right behind the gas tank.
OZM29C
@rml1708 Here is a photo of the set up in my weasel. Not quite what you were looking for but a very functional consideration.
