darth_kitten Posted March 24, 2024 Posted March 24, 2024 Looking for some info if someone has it handy. What are the angles of the "steps" on the lower part of the hull? Circled in red. What about the hinges? Are there any sources for them? Quote
Patrick Tipton Posted March 24, 2024 Posted March 24, 2024 Greetings Mark: The Studebaker Museum does sell blueprints/drawings so you can likely purchase them, although it isn't always a quick turnaround. I don't have a floater so I can't get you measurements. Quote
M29C3284 Posted March 24, 2024 Posted March 24, 2024 (edited) The angled cut at the rear is 45 degrees. At the front it follows the same angle as the tub. I got my hinge halfs from Robert Walsh over ten year ago. I don't know if he has any left, but you can always contact him. Here's also a few pictures I took when I did mine. darth_kitten Posted March 24, 2024 Author Posted March 24, 2024 (edited) Thanks for the information Gents! M29C3284 and Patrick Tipton, I check your threads for examples, but just wanted to confirm angle. I'll check with Robert to see if he has any more hinges left. Jesse Browning Posted March 25, 2024 Posted March 25, 2024 Try Mcmaster Carr for the hinges. I made all my own for 2 weasels. 1 Quote
