I can attest to the above individual being difficult. At the time I was looking for my first weasel, I reached out to him and asked for a few photos of a couple projects he had for sale, nothing more. When I shared with him I decided on purchasing a different project, he blocked me on FB. I guess he was angry I didn't want to buy what he was offering. Oh well, he'll get none of my money or recommendations either.

I was able to get mine re-cored. I do have an extra, but it also probably needs to be re-cored and for sure the top tank repaired. Mark

That would be great if you could. I'm to the point of needing to replace. The metal part of this was missing from mine completely. I should be able to replicate that easy enough, but the rubber drawing would be most helpful.

I ended up making my own. Let me know if you come up short.

I hope mine sounds that smooth once I fire it up!

I'm using 1/4" on mine. Seem to be getting pretty good penetration.

I had a Ducati Panigale that was incredibly hot to ride in the summer. There is a vendor that supplied a pre-cut kit to attempt to cut down the heat some. It was made out of this type of material. May be worth a shot. https://www.ebay.com/itm/265254461884?var=0&mkevt=1&mkcid=1&mkrid=711-53200-19255-0&campid=5338590836&toolid=10044&customid=0d31e138d0c918cabc97870f685cbe73

Thanks for the information Gents! M29C3284 and Patrick Tipton, I check your threads for examples, but just wanted to confirm angle. I'll check with Robert to see if he has any more hinges left.

Looking for some info if someone has it handy. What are the angles of the "steps" on the lower part of the hull? Circled in red. What about the hinges? Are there any sources for them?

I don't think engine compression will yield much at this point. Especially if the engine has sat for a while. If it were me, I would try to get the engine running and oil circulating before I test compression. I'm assuming that you're cranking with the plugs in? How does it perform with the plugs out?
