Will Dodge Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 How do the stretcher brackets work? Anyone have any photos? Is it hidden somewhere in the TM's? Quote
OZM29C Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 @Will DodgeI think this excellent photo of Brock Jolliffe's M29C might help to answer your question. Quote
Will Dodge Posted April 7, 2021 Author Posted April 7, 2021 Good Photo. It does not really show how the brackets were used? There are two in one location and one in another? Quote
Will Dodge Posted April 7, 2021 Author Posted April 7, 2021 Did they have a specific place they carried the folded stretchers? Quote
OZM29C Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 @Will DodgeI can take photos showing the individual stretcher brackets fitted to my Weasel if that would help. Quote
Will Dodge Posted April 8, 2021 Author Posted April 8, 2021 That would be great! I have brackets but was not sure how they work. Or if they are even correct. Quote
OZM29C Posted April 8, 2021 Posted April 8, 2021 @Will Dodge I hope that these photos will help 1 Quote
Will Dodge Posted April 9, 2021 Author Posted April 9, 2021 So do the handles on the stretcher stick into the back of the driver? Thanks for the photos! Quote
OZM29C Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 @Will DodgeI think that the handles would clear the driver with room to spare. I apologise for the photos being upside down, this happens when I post photos with my I phone. Hopefully @Patrick TiptonPatrick can correct the photos for you. 1 Quote
Patrick Tipton Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 Those damn "down under" pictures always come in upside down🤣 1 Quote
OZM29C Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 @Patrick TiptonThanks Patrick👍👍 @Will DodgeI believe that the stretcher brackets on a T24/M29 differ from the M29C. Patrick may be able to help out here. The attached photo of Gile's weasel in the UK clearly shows a rear stretcher bracket but I am not sure if this is OEM or Norwegian. Quote
Will Dodge Posted April 9, 2021 Author Posted April 9, 2021 @OZM29CThanks for all the information. Someone somewhere may have an in use photo. Quote
